Tri Star Metals, Inc. was founded in January 1990 by Robert (Bob) Clouse, Ric Adams and Ron Goode.
The main focus was and still is today, Division 5 Metals for the construction industry metal work for Water Treatment and Waste Water Treatment Plants, Pumping Stations, Dams, Reservoirs, and many other industrial construction projects.
In 1995 Bob purchased Ric Adams interest in the company and Ron Goode’s in 1996. Bob continued the operations until 2018 as founder and president.
In 2013 Bob entered into a buy/sell agreement with 2 long time employees, one of which is Bob’s son, Andrew DeLaney shop foreman and Aaron Moynihan V.P. of operations, chief estimator detailer.
In 2021 Andrew DeLaney became President and Aaron Moynihan Vice President. Bob retired in January 2019.
